jml Insurance sponsoring Speen Helping Hospices September Car Boot Sale

jml insurance.co.uk are helping to promote Speen Helping Hospices car boot sale on Sunday September 9th at Speen Playing fields, Speen, Buckinghamshire
The venue is Speen Playing Fields, Hampden Road, Speen, Bucks HP27 0RU. The set up for buyers will be from 8 am. The costs for sellers will be Cars £15 • Small Vans £18, unfortunately there is no room for large vans. The entry fee for buyers will be £1 for adults and children under 12 Free. There will also be homemade cakes, tea coffee and a barbecue and all money raised goes to the four charities the Speen Helping Hospices collects money for. The SHH is a charity organization set up in 2001 to raise funds for local hospices and is run by volunteers who give freely of their time. All profits are paid direct to the hospices. At the beginning of this year the SHH had raised an amazing £70,000 for the 4 local hospices they support and by the end of the year the target will be £78,000. Other events are planned for 2018 including the Annual Christmas Market on Saturday 17th November. More information about Speen Helping Hospices We are a small charity Group called Speen Helping Hospices based in the village of Speen, some 3 miles from High Wycombe. The SHH was founded in 2001 with the aim of raising funds for local hospices by putting on local events. Committee Members give tirelessly of their time and effort for free, with every penny of the profit donated direct to each of the four hospices supported by the group: Florence Nightingale House Helen & Douglas House Rennie Grove Hospice The South Bucks Day Hospice With limited Government funding the Hospice Charities rely heavily on organisations like the SHH to raise funds necessary to care for people with life limiting conditions and give support to their families. To date we have raised £71,653.58 To begin with, and for several years, the events were small, relying on just village support, but we now run several larger events for which we need to reach a larger audience. Look out for our 10th very successful Annual Christmas Market in November.
