You would have left our site and gone via a dedicated link
into the insurance providers site. jml Property
Services are not insurance brokers or an insurance company.
We are purely insurance agents.
We are not able to provide
a quote for an insurance product if you email us - you must
go to one of the insurance companies listed below and click
on their logo to access their site.
We do not accept payments
from customers on
line for insurance products, so therefore cannot arrange refunds.
If you have paid for a policy, you must go back to the actual
insurance company provider that you paid, not to
jml Property Services.
Under
the UK FSA(Financial Services Authority) we are not
allowed by law to give information or advice on any product
and if you have any questions or queries we are not able to
assist.
If
you have a problem regarding car hire excess insurance, rental
insurance ot travel insurance we are not permiited by UK law
to help with any claims, details about policies etc.

all cases you must contact the insurance company direct. Listed
