2006 HANOVER PARK COMMERCIAL BECOMES ERINACEOUS INSURANCE
SERVICES (EIS)
As
part of an ambitious growth strategy, Hanover Park Commercial,
the insurance division of The Erinaceous Group, has re-branded
as Erinaceous Insurance Services (EIS). This key strategic
move follows several acquisitions and strong organic growth
which underlines the company's position as one of the UK's
leading independent property insurance brokers.
Established
in 1999, EIS has grown from being just a handful of team members
to a multi million pound business with offices nationwide
and market leading brands such as HomeLet, Deacon, Cadogan
and Keelan Westall, Farr etc.
The
newly named EIS offers solutions to all types of property
insurance requirements. The diverse product portfolio ranges
includes rent guarantee, tenants and landlords insurance to
commercial buildings insurance, special blocks of flats insurance
to social housing risk management.
Andy Halstead, Chief Executive Officer, EIS explains: "Our

Erinaceous
Insurance Services acquire Lumley Letsure
Andy
Halstead the Managing Director of Erinaceous Insurance Services
Ltd has announced on the 8th March the acquisition of Lumley
Letsure. Lumley Letsure are one of the main competitors of
Erinaceous's company Homelet. Andy Halstead says " This acquisition
provides us with an excellent opportunity to combine experience
and deliver a wider range of leading edge solutions that will
enhance the value of the letting agents business and delight
their customers. In the short term there will be no change
to the HomeLet range of products and services and we will
contine with business as usual".
