Subsidence Excess from Delite Insurance..Waive goodbye to SUBSIDENCE EXCESS

The UK is one of the few countries that insures its properties, residential and commercial, against the risks of subsidence, heave or landslip.

In recent years the extremes of weather such as hot summers have increased the incidence of subsidence claims quite significantly. Commentators and pundits are predicting that this situation is going to worsen as we experience more extremes of weather, making subsidence cover with it's excess of at least £1,000 increasingly important.

If a subsidence claim is made then you will normally have to pay the first £1,000 (some policies have £2,000 or more) of any settlement so it is well worth while insuring against paying the excess.
